Well-organized hotel in a perfect position to Hanoi city area. Location near to free transport and Hanoi airport. Very special stay, as always.

The hotel was in an excellent location just off air port, and Close to the airport. It also was in a quiet local area with a Vinmart for convenience purchases across the road.

I had a short overnight stay at Luxury Airport Hotel & Spa and it was a good experience overall. The hotel offers a free pick up from the airport, which was convenient. The room was clean and had everything I needed, including water, tea/coffee facilities, and slippers. The bathroom was spacious and provided toiletries. Despite a few minor drawbacks such as the poor breakfast and the air conditioner blowing directly at the bed, I found the hotel to be a practical and comfortable option for a short stay. The proximity to the airport and the availability of an elevator were also added benefits. I would recommend this hotel for those looking for a convenient sleepover option near the airport.

The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable experience. They allowed me to check in early and even provided me with breakfast on the day of my arrival. Their attention to detail and friendly service made me feel well taken care of. The rooms were spacious and had all the basic amenities I needed, including a private bathroom. The location was also great, situated in a rather quiet business area which was a nice change from the hustle and bustle of the city. this hotel offered great value for money with an included breakfast and adequate facilities.

Great for a one night stay, good location for a quick stopover with a shuttle service included that will take you to the airport. The staff is friendly and helpful throughout your stay. The room was clean and had a nice bed to sleep in.

There were some issues with the air conditioning, which was not cooling the room properly, and the shower was lacking in water pressure. it was a decent experience for a quick stay, but I would not recommend it for a long-term stay due to the simple room amenities.

I want to give a special shout out to the manager for their exceptional service. Pos: It's convenient that there is parking available on site.
